PawsnBoots, will happily accept returns of fabric items only that are unworn, unwashed, non-damaged, non-altered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit. You must contact us directly to initiate the return within 14 days of the date ordered.

Return Process

  1. Customer will be responsible for cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  2. Items must be in perfect condition or at least same condition as you received It, in order to be accepted for a return. Items must show no signs of wear, No make-up, paint, or deodorant stains.  Original tags must still be attached to clothing, as well, original packaging the items came in must be present.
  3. Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will refund the purchase amount, for a store credit, which will be sent to your order’s email address. If the item is does not pass return inspection you will not receive a refund, as well you receive an explanation as to why.
  4. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

Final Sale Restrictions

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, hence final sale. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

  • Personalization of any kind (If you purchased a clothing item that includes personalization, but decided to leave it blank, this item is NOT eligible for return.)
  • ALL and ANY Embroidered and Laser Engraved items
  • ALL and Any items using Heat transfer Vinyl, Decals, or Magnets
  • Dog Bandanas that allow you to choose the fabric color or writing color
  • Items purchased during a holiday/seasonal sale (including but not limited to Memorial Day Sale, Christmas In July, Howl-o-Ween Deals, Turkey Day Tail-Wagging Deals, Dog Deals of Christmas, Black Friday, End Of Year Sale…)
  • Custom Orders
  • Hair Accessories
  • Gift Cards
  • Cosmetic Items like Serums, Shampoos, Conditioner, De-Odorizer Spray

PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED, MODIFIED, OR CANCELED AFTER CHECKOUT HAS OCCURRED.  PLEASE DOUBLE AND TRIPLE CHECK YOUR CART AND OR ANY SIZING CHARTS FOR ACCURACY AND APPROVAL.

Defective Item Process

If you have received a defective item, please contact PawsnBoots within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue, and for fast resolution.

  • If we are NOT notified within 3 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
  • You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

This is not to punish our customers; it is just to protect against any form of retail theft. We are a small family business, so please be kind.
